Food is what will keep you from starving to death in this game. Consuming the foods listed below will replenish your [[Food Bar]] by the amount shown and in some cases, it will replenish your [[Water Bar]] as well (Some foods make you more thirsty so will **lose** water instead of regaining water). Each Food item collected earns the character the XP listed below. Gain enough XP, gain levels. Gain enough levels, gain new skills.
