Food
Food is what will keep you from starving to death in this game. Consuming the foods listed below will replenish your Food Bar by the amount shown and in some cases, it will replenish your Water Bar as well (Some foods make you more thirsty so will lose water instead of regaining water). Each Food item collected earns the character the XP listed below. Gain enough XP, gain levels. Gain enough levels, gain new skills.

NOTE: Make sure XP earned is only earned if Food or Water is below max value.
